Zoning Board of Appeals

There are several types of disputes typically included in the Zoning Board of Appeals’ job description for dispute resolution. The different types of decisions are related to:
- Interpretation of the Ordinance text or map

The ZBA meets on Mondays as needed each month to hear and decide upon cases.
